What information we collect
We may collect your name, phone number, email address, property address or postcode, service details, access notes, parking notes, property condition notes, before/after photos, contractor completion records, payment or invoice records, complaint records and communications with you.
Why we use your information
We use this information for quotes, bookings, job management, contractor allocation, quality assurance, complaint handling, payment evidence, accounting records, legal records, insurance handling and customer communication.
Contractors and service providers
Where necessary, limited information may be shared with assigned cleaning contractors so they can attend the property and complete the agreed work. We may also share information with payment providers, website/form providers, CRM/admin tools, insurers, accountants, legal advisers or authorities where required or reasonably necessary.
Photos and job evidence
Before and after photos may be used for job management, quality assurance, completion evidence, complaint handling, insurance handling and legal/accounting records. Photos will not be used for marketing unless separate permission has been obtained or identifying details have been removed.
Payment information
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe. PDD does not store full card details. Saved-card or off-session charging wording should not be used unless the Stripe setup technically supports it and the customer has given appropriate consent.
How long we keep information
Enquiry and booking records are kept only for as long as reasonably needed for business, legal, accounting, insurance and customer-service purposes. Accounting records may need to be kept for statutory periods.
