After builders cleaning

After builders cleaning is available only where the property is suitable, safe and confirmed in your quote.

  • Wipe accessible ledges, skirting boards and sills
  • Clean kitchen and bathroom surfaces included in the quote
  • Vacuum floors where safe and suitable
  • Mop hard floors where suitable
Important limits
  • Only safe areas can be cleaned
  • Heavy rubble, hazardous dust or building waste is not included unless agreed
  • Specialist access, restoration or repair work is not included

Oven cleaning

Oven cleaning can be added to end of tenancy or deep cleaning bookings where confirmed in the quote.

  • Clean internal oven surfaces where accessible
  • Clean racks and trays where included
  • Clean hob where included
  • Clean exterior surfaces
  • Remove standard grease and residue where possible
Severe burnt-on residue, damaged surfaces, faulty appliances or specialist dismantling may not be fully removable and may be excluded from standard oven cleaning.

Internal window cleaning

Internal window cleaning can be added where suitable and confirmed in the quote.

This does not include external windows, high-level glass, specialist access equipment, damaged seals, paint removal or restoration work unless separately agreed.

Waste clearance, jet washing and external windows are available only where suitable, insured and confirmed in your quote. Professional carpet cleaning is not currently provided in-house unless separately confirmed in writing. Where requested, it may be referred to a suitable specialist provider.
